Threxa connects Shopify, Tally, Razorpay, Shiprocket, and WhatsApp into orchestrated workflows — so your team handles customers, not data entry.
A paid Shopify order moves through Tally, Razorpay reconciliation, Shiprocket, WhatsApp, and your team's Slack — synchronized, in seconds.
Every workflow we deploy is built around the systems Indian commerce actually runs on. Not a generic Zapier template — purpose-built infrastructure.
Every Shopify order in India touches five systems — checkout, accounting, logistics, customer messaging, and reviews. Each handoff is manual. As order volume grows, so does the cost of running it.
Orders are logged into spreadsheets, copied to Tally, shipped via Shiprocket, and confirmed on WhatsApp — by hand. The work is necessary, repetitive, and impossible to scale beyond a point.
Carts are abandoned, COD orders go unconfirmed, and post-purchase communication ends at the order confirmation. Every gap is a customer who leaves quietly.
Critical operational data sits across Shopify, WhatsApp threads, Tally, and a founder's memory. Decisions get made on instinct rather than what the numbers actually show.
Each capability below is a multi-system orchestration we configure, deploy, and monitor — connecting tools that don't natively talk to each other, with custom logic for your business.
One paid order updates five systems: Tally for GST-compliant invoicing, Shiprocket for fulfilment, WhatsApp for the customer, Slack for your team, Sheets for your CFO. Custom routing logic per store.
Every cash-on-delivery order is verified through a multi-channel sequence — WhatsApp, automated voice call, then manual escalation if unanswered — before the Shiprocket label is generated. Significantly reduces RTO.
Abandoned carts trigger a cross-channel recovery sequence — WhatsApp with a personalised discount, then email, then SMS — with logic that adapts based on customer history and AOV. Recovery flows reconcile back to Tally automatically.
Shipping data flows from Shiprocket and Delhivery into your customer's WhatsApp, your founder dashboard, and your Tally invoice records — synchronized in real time, with exception handling for stuck shipments.
Delivery confirmations from Shiprocket trigger review requests on Judge.me, unlock loyalty points in your customer database, and route negative reviews directly to your founder's WhatsApp before they post publicly.
When a SKU's stock drops below threshold, Threxa automatically pauses Meta and Google ads for that product, alerts your founder dashboard, and triggers a restock workflow with your supplier — without anyone touching a dashboard.
We are not a Shopify app, a CRM, or a WhatsApp marketing tool. We do not replace Klaviyo, AiSensy, or your accounting software. Threxa is the integration layer that connects them — handling the custom logic, error recovery, and Indian-stack edge cases that no off-the-shelf product covers. Most of our clients run AiSensy, Judge.me, and Tally alongside Threxa. We are the orchestration that makes them work as one system.
A structured engagement with clear milestones. You see results before you commit.
A 45-minute call to map your current workflow — every system involved, every manual handoff, and the points where revenue or time is being lost.
Your first workflow is built and tested on a copy of your real data. You receive a recorded walkthrough showing it run end-to-end before any payment is made.
Once approved, the workflow goes live. We monitor it 24/7, alert you to failures, and handle fixes as part of the engagement. No surprise bills.
Fixed monthly rates based on order volume. Scale beyond your plan's limit? Pay only for the additional orders. No surprises, no setup fees.
A single automated workflow built and managed end-to-end. Suited for stores processing up to 3,000 orders per month.
The full operations stack — order orchestration, COD verification, cart recovery, and shipping intelligence. Suited for stores doing 5,000–20,000 orders per month.
Custom workflows, multi-store support, and dedicated build capacity. Suited for established brands operating multiple stores or reaching scale.
All plans include 24/7 monitoring, failure alerts, and monthly reviews. Exceed your plan's order limit? Additional orders billed at the stated rate — no surprises.
Send us your store details and the workflow you want automated. We'll build it on a copy of your real data and walk you through it on a recorded call — at our cost. You only begin paying once you've seen it run on a real order. No contract, no obligation.
Book your free audit →I'm Sachin. I built Threxa after spending the better part of two years watching D2C founders run their businesses through brute force — copy-pasting orders into Tally at midnight, manually messaging customers on WhatsApp, calling buyers to confirm cash-on-delivery before each shipment.
The tools to automate this work have existed for years. None of them were built for the Indian commerce stack — Tally, not QuickBooks. Razorpay, not Stripe. WhatsApp Business, not email-first. Shiprocket and Delhivery, not FedEx.
So we built the layer that connects them. Threxa is run as a small, focused team. We work with a limited number of brands at a time so every store gets proper attention. If your operation has reached the point where adding more people is the only answer to growth, we should talk.
Shopify is our primary focus, where we have the deepest integration coverage. We also support WooCommerce and Dukaan — let us know your platform during the audit call and we'll confirm what's possible.
Threxa works on every Shopify plan, including Basic. Webhook-based automation does not require Shopify Plus. The only feature limited to higher Shopify tiers is Shopify Flow itself — which Threxa replaces with a more capable, cross-system orchestration layer.
For Launch and Growth, the first workflow is live within five working days of signing the engagement. Pro engagements vary based on the complexity of custom integrations. The free first-workflow build is typically completed in two to three working days.
All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. This ensures we have adequate time to build, implement, and optimize your workflows before any changes. After the initial 3-month period, you can choose to continue, modify your plan, or discontinue the service.
Workflows are monitored 24/7. If a failure occurs — for example, an expired API token or an integration outage — both you and our team are alerted automatically. Repairs are part of every plan; we do not charge separately for fixes.
Workflow execution logs are stored on infrastructure hosted in Indian data centres. We do not store your customer data beyond what is required to run a workflow. Credentials and API tokens are encrypted at rest. Full data handling details are shared during the audit call.
Yes. Tally invoices generated through our integration follow Indian GST e-invoicing standards. We support IRN generation and can integrate with your existing CA's reconciliation process.
Yes. The first workflow is always built free as proof of concept. You see it run on your real order data, on a recorded walkthrough, before you pay anything. If it doesn't perform as promised, you walk away.
AiSensy and Wati are WhatsApp-only platforms. Threxa is the integration layer that connects WhatsApp to your full operations stack — Shopify, Tally, Razorpay, Shiprocket — and handles the configuration for you. We frequently work alongside AiSensy as the WhatsApp delivery layer within our orchestrations.
Yes. The Pro tier includes custom workflow capacity. We've built workflows for influencer outreach, supplier reordering, marketplace inventory sync, and AI-driven customer support. If you can describe the process, we can usually build it.
