Beyond the
limits.

The integration layer for operations-heavy businesses. Not another CRM.

Threxa connects Shopify, Tally, Razorpay, Shiprocket, and WhatsApp into orchestrated workflows — so your team handles customers, not data entry.

// Order Orchestration
One order. Five systems. Zero touch.

A paid Shopify order moves through Tally, Razorpay reconciliation, Shiprocket, WhatsApp, and your team's Slack — synchronized, in seconds.

// Built for the stack you already run
Tally. Razorpay. Shiprocket. WhatsApp.

Every workflow we deploy is built around the systems your business actually runs on. Not a generic Zapier template — purpose-built infrastructure.

5+ NATIVE INDIAN-STACK INTEGRATIONS
The problem

Operations don't scale
by adding people.

A single order typically touches five separate systems — checkout, accounting, logistics, customer messaging, and reviews. Each handoff is manual. As order volume grows, so does the cost of running it.

// 01
Manual order processing

Orders are logged into spreadsheets, copied to Tally, shipped via Shiprocket, and confirmed on WhatsApp — by hand. The work is necessary, repetitive, and impossible to scale beyond a point.

// 02
Revenue lost to silence

Carts are abandoned, COD orders go unconfirmed, and post-purchase communication ends at the order confirmation. Every gap is a customer who leaves quietly.

// 03
No system of record

Critical operational data sits across Shopify, WhatsApp threads, Tally, and someone's memory. Decisions get made on instinct rather than what the numbers actually show.

What we automate

Orchestration across
your entire stack.

Each capability below is a multi-system orchestration we configure, deploy, and monitor — connecting tools that don't natively talk to each other, with custom logic for your business.

Order orchestration

One paid order updates five systems: Tally for GST-compliant invoicing, Shiprocket for fulfilment, WhatsApp for the customer, Slack for your team, Sheets for your CFO. Custom routing logic per store.

SHOPIFY · TALLY · SHIPROCKET · WHATSAPP · SLACK
COD verification engine

Every cash-on-delivery order is verified through a multi-channel sequence — WhatsApp, automated voice call, then manual escalation if unanswered — before the Shiprocket label is generated. Significantly reduces RTO.

SHOPIFY · WHATSAPP · VOICE API · SHIPROCKET
Cart recovery sequencing

Abandoned carts trigger a cross-channel recovery sequence — WhatsApp with a personalised discount, then email, then SMS — with logic that adapts based on customer history and AOV. Recovery flows reconcile back to Tally automatically.

SHOPIFY · WHATSAPP · EMAIL · TALLY
Shipping intelligence

Shipping data flows from Shiprocket and Delhivery into your customer's WhatsApp, your ops dashboard, and your Tally invoice records — synchronized in real time, with exception handling for stuck shipments.

SHIPROCKET · DELHIVERY · WHATSAPP · DASHBOARD
Review & loyalty engine

Delivery confirmations from Shiprocket trigger review requests on Judge.me, unlock loyalty points in your customer database, and route negative reviews directly to your team's WhatsApp before they post publicly.

SHIPROCKET · JUDGE.ME · WHATSAPP · CUSTOMER DB
Inventory & ad sync

When a SKU's stock drops below threshold, Threxa automatically pauses Meta and Google ads for that product, alerts your ops dashboard, and triggers a restock workflow with your supplier — without anyone touching a dashboard.

What Threxa is not

We are not a Shopify app, a CRM, or a WhatsApp marketing tool. We do not replace Klaviyo, AiSensy, or your accounting software. Threxa is the integration layer that connects them — handling the custom logic, error recovery, and real-world edge cases that no off-the-shelf product covers. Threxa is designed to run alongside tools like AiSensy, Judge.me, and Tally. We are the orchestration that makes them work as one system.

Operations systems

When automation isn't enough,
we build the operating system.

Some operations don't need workflows bolted onto an existing tool — they need a system of their own. We designed and built a complete ERP for a corrugated box manufacturer: production, inventory, dispatch, finance, HR and analytics, in one dashboard.

Threxa SPS ERP — order trace

A customer asks where his order has reached. One work order number returns every stage, the machine, the operator and the time — pasting still running at 4,560 of 7,600.

Not a plug-in — a full system

Production tracking, inventory, dispatch, finance, HR and analytics, built from the ground up rather than assembled from plugins. Twelve modules, one dashboard, one login.

PRODUCTION · INVENTORY · DISPATCH · FINANCE · HR · ANALYTICS
Built around your floor, not a demo

Most rollouts fail because a generic system asks operators to work in a sequence that isn't theirs. Three extra clicks on a step done two hundred times a day, and within a month nobody is entering data. We build to the sequence your floor already runs.

PROCESS MAPPING · SHOP-FLOOR UX · PHASED ROLLOUT
Any domain, any geography

Manufacturing, logistics, distribution, services. If an operation runs on spreadsheets and message forwards today, it can be turned into a real system. Not e-commerce only, not India only.

MANUFACTURING · LOGISTICS · DISTRIBUTION · SERVICES
One accountable build

The same people who design the system ship it and support it. No handoff to an implementation partner, no second vendor to chase when something breaks in week six.

DESIGN · BUILD · DEPLOY · SUPPORT
How these builds are priced

No two operations run the same sequence, so these are scoped rather than sold from a price list. Implementation from ₹1,00,000, then from ₹15,000 per month for hosting, support and ongoing changes.

Why Threxa exists
Built for the stack you already run

Threxa was built after watching D2C teams run their businesses through brute force — copy-pasting orders into Tally at midnight, manually messaging customers on WhatsApp, calling buyers to confirm cash-on-delivery before each shipment.

The tools to automate this work have existed for years. None of them were built for the stacks these businesses actually run — Tally, not QuickBooks. Razorpay, not Stripe. WhatsApp Business, not email-first. Shiprocket and Delhivery, not FedEx.

So we built the layer that connects them. We take on a limited number of engagements at a time so each one gets proper attention. If your operation has reached the point where adding more people is the only answer to growth, we should talk.

Frequently asked

Common questions,
answered.

Two things. We automate the repetitive parts of an operations stack you already run — Shopify, Tally, WhatsApp, Razorpay, Shiprocket. And when spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups stop holding an operation together, we design and build the system that replaces them. Same discipline, different scale.

Yes. We designed and built a complete ERP from scratch for a corrugated box manufacturer — job cards, production tracking, inventory, dispatch, invoicing, attendance, payroll and cash book in a single dashboard. If your plant runs on registers, Excel sheets and WhatsApp forwards, that is exactly the problem we solve.

If a packaged ERP fits your process, buy it — it will be cheaper. Most plant owners we speak to have already tried one and abandoned it, because the software expected them to change how they work. We build around your existing process — your job card format, your rate structure, your dispatch flow — so adoption does not require retraining the whole floor.

Automation engagements go live fast: on Launch and Growth the first workflow is running within five working days of signing. For a full operations system, the first module is live in two to three weeks and the complete rollout typically runs eight to twelve weeks, module by module, so your team absorbs it in stages instead of switching everything over on a Monday morning.

It is built for that. Large touch targets for shop-floor tablets, no jargon, and the daily actions are two taps deep. Training is a single session per role. If a screen needs explaining, we treat that as our design failure, not your team's.

You do. The code, the database and the data are yours. We can deploy on infrastructure registered in your name from day one, and you get a full export whenever you ask. There is no scenario where your operations are held hostage by us.

Automation retainers run from ₹15,000 to ₹80,000 a month depending on tier, as listed above. The SPS ERP for corrugated box manufacturers is sold in three plans — Shop Floor at ₹12,000 a month, Factory at ₹28,000 and Plant at ₹55,000, with a one-time setup and implementation fee of ₹60,000, ₹1,00,000 and ₹2,00,000 respectively. Modules can also be taken individually. All prices exclude GST. You get the number in writing before any work starts.

No. One month's notice on either side, and that applies from day one. The setup or implementation fee is non-refundable once work has begun, which is the only commitment there is. Your data stays yours and is exportable to Excel at any time, including on exit.

On infrastructure hosted in Indian data centres. Credentials and API tokens are encrypted at rest, and we hold only what a workflow needs to run. For operations systems and ERP builds we can deploy entirely on your own cloud account, so nothing sits with us at all.

Yes. Invoices generated through our integrations follow Indian GST e-invoicing standards, including IRN generation, and we can wire in e-way bill generation for dispatch. We work alongside your existing CA's reconciliation process rather than replacing it.

Workflows are monitored around the clock. If a failure occurs — an expired API token, an integration outage — both you and our team are alerted automatically, usually before you notice. Every action is logged, so we can tell you exactly what failed and when. Repairs are part of every plan; we do not charge separately for fixes.

Yes. We will walk you through the live ERP we built for a working box plant, and for automation work you get a recorded run of the workflow against a copy of your own order data before anything goes live.
