We train on site, then stay

Office staff and supervisors trained at your premises, in the language they work in. Go-live support continues until your first month closes cleanly, with two rounds of configuration changes during implementation and one more within thirty days of go-live.

Threxa was built first for corrugated box manufacturing — an industry where a single percent of trim loss is the whole margin. That meant modelling reel stock by GSM and BF, job cards that follow corrugation through printing, die cutting and pasting, and quotations calculated from board grade and box dimensions.

Most of that depth is invisible to a plastics or garment unit. What is not invisible is the consequence: a system designed by someone who stood on a factory floor asks for the numbers a business actually has, in the order the work actually happens. That is the difference between software a supervisor uses and software a supervisor works around.

The same system also runs other manufacturers and traders whose business runs on inventory.

No. Threxa runs the floor and the operations side while your accountant carries on in Tally. Reading your existing customers, products and balances out of Tally or Excel at go-live is included in the setup fee. On the Plant plan a two-way live sync keeps both systems reconciled daily, which is a separate and optional facility.

The shop-floor screens run in Kannada, Hindi and Tamil, on a phone, and are built around a job card rather than a form. Training happens at your premises, in the language your people work in, and is part of the setup fee rather than an extra. Further languages are available on request.

Most do, and nearly always for the same reason — the software was sold to the office and never adopted on the floor, because it expected the business to change how it works. The setup fee exists precisely to avoid that: a visit to study your line, configuration to your process and formats, and training of the people who will actually touch it.

Yes. Begin with Shop Floor and add individual modules — production and job cards, reel or stock inventory, attendance and payroll, cash book, the supervisor or driver applications. Two or three modules is generally the point at which the Factory plan becomes the lower cost, and we will tell you when you have reached it.

It is exportable to Excel at any time, including on exit. Notice is one month on either side. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

Where a request would be useful to other units in your industry, it is built into the product at no charge. Work specific to your factory alone is quoted at a day rate with a three-day minimum, agreed in writing before anything begins.

Small, deliberately. You deal directly with the person who built the system rather than a support queue. If that is a concern it is a fair one — ask for a reference call before you commit to anything.
